Social Storytelling is the New Internal Communications
Generations ago we gathered ‘round the fire to share stories of our lives.
Today, our gatherings are often virtual. Organizations know that to succeed, they need to engage online not just with stakeholders, but with employees, too.
The question: How can we bring an authentic voice to these internal, kitchen table conversations? The answer: Through narrative. Come hear examples of organizations bringing their stories to life with authentic social and other media.
From large targeted internal campaigns, to small steps your organization can take every day, learn how to better to harness the power of storytelling to increase your chances of becoming a “best place to work.”
