Justin holds more than 13 years of experience, specializing in corporate communication, employee communication, branding, and mergers and acquisitions. He currently serves as an Associate Director in Willis Towers Watsons’ Talent & Rewards practice, helping clients across the United States manage benefit program changes. His past experience includes roles at SP+ Corporation, Merrill Lynch Bank of America, and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Outside of work, he considers cultural exploration, international travel photography, playing tennis and visiting UNESCO World Heritage sites as hobbies. He’s actively involved with IABC, previously holding several board positions including president of IABC/Chicago. He attended the University of Pittsburgh, where he obtained a BA in Communication & Media, and completed certificate programs in corporate/community relations and public and professional writing.
