At Novant Health, Megan supports communications in the areas of diversity and inclusion, human resources, patient safety and more. She leads the team’s analytics platform by tracking team member engagement on various internal communication platforms. Megan also writes and publishes the organization’s weekly team member newsletter sent to more than 26,000 employees. Previously, she was a communications specialist for the American Institute of Architects – Charlotte chapter.
Megan received a bachelor of arts in journalism and mass communication and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a member of the Junior League of Charlotte.
