Hi Everyone,

I know this is a tough time for all of you, and that some of you may be looking for ways to keep members engaged while you are unable to hold in-person meetings. Several chapters are turning to Zoom to hold events, such as lunchtime programs, Zoom happy hours (everyone joins with their favorite beverage in hand), or even Zoom coffee talks to network and learn from one another.

With that in mind, the Southern Region Board has set up a Zoom account that is available to all Southern Region chapters to use. That way you don’t have to set up your own account. We also are happy to hop on a quick Zoom meeting with you to show you are the platform and teach you how to use it (it’s very user friendly). The Zoom website also has a lot of video and other resources to walk you through the basics. These resources can be found here on the Zoom website.

Reserving a time to use the Southern Region Zoom account is easy. Simply, fill out the form below or email leaderdev@iabcsouthern.com for more information. We’ll schedule the meeting in Zoom and follow up with a confirmation email that includes the meeting links and any user names or passwords you might need. 

The Southern Region Board hopes this resource will give you another way to stay engaged with members during this tough time.
